The purpose of this research will be to analyze statistics regarding baseball-related injuries and apply the data to the epidemic of shoulder and elbow injuries to athletes. A list of factors that contribute to the problem that is spreading throughout the country will be compiled through individual interviews and team surveys. Previously conducted research will be cited as sources to aid in the development of this study.
