Many high school students have passions they excel at and aspire to turn these passions into an entrepreneurial venture. However, some lack the understanding of how to go about this process. This research aims to discover the critical characteristics for a teenage entrepreneur to be successful and to determine what it is that makes teenage entrepreneurs able to attain the great things they have accomplished. Prior research has not been successful in determining these characteristics and has not surveyed high schoolers. Data will be collected from high school students at Palo Alto High School and Gunn High School through a survey, and then this data will be analyzed for trends, patterns, and key characteristics.
