Summary

The foster system has served as a great way to keep children safe in homes under trusted adults, however, the flaws surrounding this system have yet to be addressed. As a result, a fraction of vulnerable children become victims. Some victims feel silenced. This research project aims to discover the main cause of this issue and how it can be improved, including giving children under the age of 18 in foster care a voice.
