Meditation has proven many times that it is one of the most efficient and healthy ways to reduce stress. However, the research that supports these conclusions only studies the effects of meditation on adults, leaving out teenagers and other age groups. This project will resolve the lack of data around the correlation between mindfulness and focus levels in teenagers, providing a larger understanding of the full benefits of meditation and how it can be linked to improved focus.
