The primary goal is to determine whether aquaponics is cost-efficient, time-efficient, and a viable option for Palo Alto residents aspiring to cultivate sustainable food. The research aims to benefit both individuals and the community by providing a comprehensive guide through a booklet and online updates, allowing residents to adopt sustainable and healthy food practices while remaining cost-efficient and acquiring new skills. The ultimate outcome will contribute to the broader discourse on progressive and environmentally conscious agricultural practices, bridging the existing knowledge gap in aquaponics for the Palo Alto community.
