This research project aims to collect Palo Altans' views on organic and inorganic foods, and their consumer habits in terms of purchasing these foods. Data will be collected through an initial survey, and after conducting experiments to determine the chemical compositions and presence on a variety of organic and inorganic foods, another survey will be distributed and Palo Altans' views will be analyzed a second time. This research will incorporate a mix of quantitative and qualitative data, and see what people's attitudes are, and how they change when provided with information regarding the food that they eat.
