Summary

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a surge in healthcare staff turnover. High turnover rates have a detrimental impact on hospitals, staff, and patients. Healthcare turnover causes stress within facilities to find replacements for terminated or resigned nurses. This project is focusing on finding solutions to mitigate healthcare staff turnover rates. The narrative research will focus on interviewing healthcare workers in search of solutions they would like to see be implemented, and to better prepare for the future.
